Eden Training: Our Aim

The aim of Eden Training is to be known for delivering excellent, high quality education and training that meets individual and employer needs.

We will achieve this by:

• Remaining focussed on delivering a high quality service that workplaces and learners value

• Working with learners as individuals to assist them to achieve their full potential and personal goals

• Working in partnership with employers, learners, the Connexions service, schools and other partners, to achieve the right outcomes for learners and employers.

• Providing Information, Advice and Guidance that promotes the value of learning, is accessible and enables learners to enter and progress in learning and work.

• Providing learners with the opportunity to attend teaching sessions at Eden Training where Early Years topics and Key Skills are delivered and one-to-one assessment planning and portfolio building is facilitated.

• Being known as a training provider that cares about people and works to build successful, positive relationships with learners and employers.

• Recognising the importance of delivering employment and training practices that are equitable and value diverse staff and learner groups.

• Ensuring that health and safety considerations are integral to what we do.

Eden Training was established in 2003 and has gained a reputation for high quality training.

Eden Training has accreditation with the three recognised awarding bodies: Cache, City & Guilds and the Institute for Leadership & Management (ILM).

In the pursuit of excellence Eden Training has won many awards including the Southend and Essex Countywide Business awards.
