Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship in customer service is primarily aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognises that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing. There is no upper age restriction for this qualification, but you do need to be 16 years or older.
It is suitable for candidates:
• Who have particular customer service and administrative roles
• Who are working in a customer service environment
• Whose role it is to provide service to customers.
The qualification is a work based course and is made up of customer service NVQ level 2, technical certificate level 2 and key skills.
The customer service NVQ level 2 is made up of two mandatory units, and five optional units from different themes. Technical certificate is made up of 3 mandatory units, key skills are at level 1 for application of number and communication.
• The course start times are flexible and made around yours and company needs
• One to one support with an experienced assessor will be given throughout the course
• The assessor will make regular visits to the work place or visits can be arranged at our training offices, at suitable times
• Course duration 12 months- discussed at interview stage.
