Team Leading Level 2

The course is intended for individuals who have a responsibility for the work of others, as they lead a team.

It is suitable for people who are entering management, or who have the ability to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example providing leadership for your team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.

•The course start times are flexible and made around yours and company needs
•One to one support with an experienced assessor will be given throughout the course
•The assessor will make regular visits to the work place or visits can be arranged at our training offices, at suitable times

The qualification is work based and candidates must complete six units, which is broken down into four mandatory and two optional. The Team Leading Apprenticeship consists of Team Leading level 2 (NVQ); Certificate in Team Leading; Key Skills at level 1 in Communication, Application of Number and ICT.

We encourage learners to use e-portfolio - Learning Assistant and you have 12 months to complete the Apprenticeship.
