Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship
This course is a work based qualification and is aimed at candidates who will be delivering and managing service and be accountable in the area of practice.
Candidates will be working without direct supervision or on their own, such as in a commercial customer service environment. You are able to do this qualification if you are 16 years and over in an appropriate job role, no upper age limit.
It is suitable for candidates who:
• Can influence what happens at work
• Use the organisation's rules and systems flexibly to deliver good service
• Question the way things are done and suggest improvements
• Have good communication skills and a wide knowledge of what to do, who to see and where to go to get things done for customers
• Are aware of the commercial or other pressures facing the organisation/business.
This qualification is made up of customer service NVQ level 3, technical certificate level 3 and key skills.
Customer service NVQ level 3 is made up of 2 mandatory units and 6 optional units from different themes. Technical certificate is made up of 3 units, key skills at level 2 for application of number and communication.
• The course start times are flexible and made around yours and company needs
• One to one support with an experienced assessor will be given throughout the course
• The assessor will make regular visits to workplace or visits can be arranged at our training offices, at suitable times
• Course duration 18 months- discussed at interview stage
